A presentation on Anouk in San Francisco

Anouk had the honour of being the topic at the last doll collectors meeting in the Bay area, San Francisco.
The event was hosted by Thomas Maffei. He displayed his collection, along with dolls bought by Kelly Nichols and Patricia Weller.
He spoke about her history, development, influences and, what is next for Anouk.
A big thank you to all of them for this honour, and hopefully next time, I can attend myself.😊

Success and fun in Paris!

So the Paris convention is over. What a great day😊 I made good sales, met some great new people, and had such a fun time. Was lovely to see Eric Chatillon, Fabrizio Viti, Shazam Paname, Laurent Moreau, Nanou San , Cath Maslard, Isabelle Maffre,   Alessandro Gatti  and Guiseppie, Michel Bosc, and Desmond and Charles of Sybarite, Superdoll fame. Special thanks to the wonderful Thomas Maffei, who was so kind and helpful. Couldn't have done it without him❤️

Anouk at the Paris Fashion doll expo 11/03/18!

I am delighted to announce that I managed to get a table at the Paris fashion doll show. I will be taking Anouk, and will be there from Saturday 10th - Sunday 11th March. I will have dolls for sale but will also have prototype dolls , outfits and artwork to show anyone interested. Hope to meet many of you there❤️

Je suis ravi d'annoncer que j'ai réussi à avoir une table au salon de la mode à Paris. Je vais prendre Anouk, et j'y serai du samedi 10 au dimanche 11 mars. Je vais avoir des poupées a vendré, mais j'aurai aussi des poupées prototypes, des tenues et des œuvres d'art pour montrer à tous ceux qui sont intéressés. J'espère rencontrer beaucoup d'entre vous❤️

Anouk at the London fashion doll festival.

I am very excited to announce that I will be attending the very first London fashion doll festival, organised by Doll Observers.
This special event will take place on June 30th at the V & A museum of childhood in Bethnal Green, London. There will be events, presentations, a high tea and lots of fun.
I will be exhibiting Anouk there. This will be the first doll event where I will be showing Anouk. I hope that some of you will attend.

Series 3 on eBay

The Cherbourg and Berlin outfits are variants of the earlier versions. The new Berlin has a lighter pink top and the skirt is now plain black Lurex.
Berlin is a lighter shade, the buttons are translucent, and the belt on the dress is now made of the same fabric as the dress.

Anouk on the silver screen!

Anouk has been lucky enough to have once more been immortalised on celluloid by the very gifted Cristian Gradin.
This time she has been presented as a mysterious femme fatale in striking monochromatic and shadowy shots. Wonderful back projection techniques, are set to a hypnotic composition "Le Jeu Et L'amour (From the film "La Baie De Anges")" by Michel Legrand.
The result is a beautiful and nostalgic  little film that evokes the mystique of French New Wave cinema of  the late fifties/ sixties. Copy and paste the link to your browser to view this little cinematic masterpiece:
